House Rules

1. Membership Access: Entry to The Pharmacy is strictly limited to registered members only. Membership cards must be presented upon arrival, and guests are not permitted unless accompanied by a member. Members acknowledge that they have been informed that access to The Pharmacy involves the use of steps to enter the space and hereby agree to utilize the steps with due care and caution. Members shall indemnify and hold harmless The Pharmacy from any injury, accident, or harm resulting from the use of the steps. In the event you prefer not to or are unable to utilize the steps, members may use the rear entrance of the property.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and anonymity of fellow members. Sharing personal information or details about other members outside the club is strictly prohibited.
3. Dress Code: Maintain a sophisticated dress code while visiting The Pharmacy. Business casual attire or smart evening wear is required. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or overly casual clothing allowed.
4. Responsible Drinking: We take responsible alcohol consumption seriously. Please drink responsibly and know your limits. Intoxicated individuals will not be served and may be asked to leave the premises.
5. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited within The Pharmacy.
6. No Outside Beverages: Bringing outside alcoholic beverages into The Pharmacy is not allowed. Our mixologists are here to craft exceptional drinks for you.
7. Respect the Ambiance: Maintain a quiet and relaxed atmosphere within the club. Use of loud or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
8. Photography and Recording: Taking photographs or recording videos is not allowed inside The Pharmacy to protect the privacy of our members.
9. Exclusive Events: The Pharmacy hosts special events and themed nights. Please adhere to event-specific rules communicated by our staff.
10. Age Restriction: The Pharmacy is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Valid identification may be required upon entry.
11. Respect the Staff: Treat our staff with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior towards the staff will result in immediate expulsion.
12. Restricted Areas: Some areas of the club may be restricted to members only. Please abide by these guidelines to maintain the integrity of the establishment.
13. Cleanup and Etiquette: As a member, our club is your club. Please respect the space and help keep it tidy.
14. Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances within The Pharmacy is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent expulsion.
15. Compliance with Local Laws: All members must adhere to local laws and regulations while inside The Pharmacy.
16. No Solicitation: Avoid any form of solicitation or business promotion within the club.
17. Guest Policy: Members can bring a limited number of guests. Guests must also follow all house rules during their visit.
18. Membership Card Usage: Members are strictly prohibited from letting non-members use their membership card to gain access to The Pharmacy. Our cards and keyfobs are not allowed to be copied. Membership cards are non-transferable and for individual use only.
19. Management's Discretion: The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any member or guest at their discretion.

Membership Fees and Benefits

Thank you for completing the membership application form for The Pharmacy! Please note that membership to our exclusive club is not free. The annual membership fee is $300 per person or $400 per couple. As a member, you will gain entry into a world of unparalleled exclusivity, where privacy is paramount, and exceptional service is our hallmark.

Limited Membership

To maintain the intimate and exclusive atmosphere that defines The Pharmacy, we plan to limit membership to a maximum of 200 memberships. Our commitment to this limited membership ensures that each member receives personalized attention, creating an exceptional and unforgettable experience with every visit.
